About Adrian

Adrian Elmore is a Kansas City–area entrepreneur, investor, author, and community advocate focused on building businesses that create long-term value and opportunity.

He is the owner of Gtown Autobody, a full-service collision repair company founded in 2020. Under Adrian’s leadership, the company has expanded its operations, developed relationships with insurance and fleet partners, and grown into a trusted automotive business serving the Kansas City metropolitan area.

Adrian is also the founder of A3K Rentals, a local rental-car company created to provide dependable transportation for residents, insurance-replacement customers, and individuals needing flexible, long-term rental options. Beyond the automotive industry, he continues to build a diversified portfolio through real estate, stocks, cryptocurrency, and other long-term investments.

His passion for entrepreneurship extends beyond his own companies. As co-founder of the KC Growth Grant Foundation, Adrian helps support small businesses and introduce young people to entrepreneurship, financial literacy, investing, and asset ownership. He is also the author of Roots Before Revenue and the creator of an entrepreneurship curriculum designed for students in grades 6–12.

Through speaking engagements, educational programs, and business consultations, Adrian shares the real lessons behind starting, financing, operating, and growing a company. His approach is honest and practical: sustainable success requires strong foundations, disciplined execution, and the patience to build correctly.

His guiding philosophy is simple: “Stay small enough long enough—you’ll be big enough soon enough.”
