When Passion Meets Dedication

As a driven entrepreneur and passionate community leader, Adrian believes success is most meaningful when it creates opportunities for others. With a track record of launching and growing multiple businesses, he brings creativity, determination, and a strong work ethic to everything he does. His entrepreneurial spirit, combined with his genuine commitment to helping others, makes him not only a successful business owner, but also someone dedicated to building a stronger community for everyone.

KC Growth Foundation

The KC Growth Foundation is dedicated to dismantling systemic barriers and fostering a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in Kansas City. We believe every promising idea deserves the chance to thrive, regardless of background or initial capital.

Access to capital remains a significant hurdle for many small businesses. Nationally, 29% of small businesses fail due to lack of capital, and minority-owned businesses are 3x less likely to secure traditional loans. These challenges often prevent innovative ideas from taking root and expanding.
